2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent content

4. Subscription and Payments

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis with different tiers:

• Free Account: New agent accounts start with a free tier (up to 3 property listings)
• Paid Subscriptions: Upgrade anytime to a paid plan for unlimited listings and premium features
• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time and revert to the free tier
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription

5. Property Listings

If you are an agent or landlord posting property listings:

• You must have the legal right to market and rent/sell the properties you list
• All listing information must be accurate and up-to-date
• Images and media must be of the actual property
• You must comply with all applicable fair housing and anti-discrimination laws
• PropertyPanda reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these Terms

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by PropertyPanda and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant PropertyPanda a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PropertyPanda, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PropertyPanda does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
