Tenancy Management

Creating a Tenancy

Once you've approved an application:

  1. Go to Lettings > Tenancies
  2. Click Create Tenancy
  3. Select the property and tenant
  4. Set start date, end date, and rent amount
  5. Generate tenancy agreement

Tenancy Types

  • Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) - Standard 6-12 month tenancies
  • Periodic Tenancy - Rolling month-to-month
  • Fixed Term - Set duration with defined end date
