Creating a Tenancy
Once you've approved an application:
- Go to Lettings > Tenancies
- Click Create Tenancy
- Select the property and tenant
- Set start date, end date, and rent amount
- Generate tenancy agreement
Tenancy Types
- Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) - Standard 6-12 month tenancies
- Periodic Tenancy - Rolling month-to-month
- Fixed Term - Set duration with defined end date
