Managing Tenant Applications

When tenants apply for your properties, PropertyPanda helps you manage the entire application process efficiently.

How Applications Work

  1. Tenant finds your property listing
  2. They complete an application with their details
  3. You receive a notification and can review in your dashboard
  4. You approve, reject, or request more information

Reviewing Applications

Navigate to Applications in your agent dashboard to see all pending applications.

Each application includes:

  • Tenant contact details
  • Employment status and income
  • Rental history and references
  • Move-in date preferences
  • Custom questionnaire responses (if configured)

Application Actions

Approve Application

When you approve, the tenant is notified and you can proceed to:

  • Request deposit payment
  • Generate tenancy agreement
  • Schedule property handover

Request More Information

If you need clarification, use the messaging system to ask questions before making a decision.

Decline Application

If declining, the tenant receives a notification. PropertyPanda doesn't require you to state reasons.
